This policy explains what this website collects, why, who we share it with, and what you can ask us to do with it. It covers this website only — not what happens in the studio once you are a member.
Who operates this site
This website is operated by FS8 Davie, an independently owned and operated studio at 6310 Griffin Rd, Unit 103, Davie, FL 33314. Throughout this page, “we”, “us” and “the studio” refer to that business. You can reach us at (954) 282-5065 or davie@fs8studio.com.
FS8 Davie is an independently operated studio under the FS8 franchise. The FS8 brand owner is a separate company with its own privacy practices, which this page does not cover.
What we collect
What you give us
To buy an intro offer or a class pack on this site you enter your first name, last name, email address and phone number, and then your card details to pay.
We never see or store your card number. Payments on this site are processed by Stripe and the card details go directly to Stripe. What comes back to us is confirmation that the payment succeeded, plus your name, email, phone and what you bought.
What is collected automatically
Like most websites, this one records technical information when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, the pages you open, the buttons you click, and the site or ad that sent you. Some of this is collected through cookies and similar technologies, which are described in our Cookie Policy.
This site also uses Microsoft Clarity, which records how pages are used — clicks, scrolling and mouse movement — and can replay a visit as a session recording so we can see where the page confuses people. The recordings are of the page, not of you: Clarity masks text entered into form fields, and we do not use it to identify anyone.
Why we use it
- To take your payment and keep a record of the purchase.
- To contact you about the class or pack you bought, and to get you booked in.
- To reply when you call, email or ask a question through the site.
- To measure how the site and our ads perform, so we know which pages and campaigns work.
- To keep the site working and to prevent fraudulent payments.
We use your phone number to reach you about a purchase or a booking. We do not run a marketing text-message programme from this site, and buying here does not sign you up for one.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the providers that make this site work, and only as far as each one needs:

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our members or the public.
How long we keep it
We keep purchase and contact records for as long as we need them to run the studio, to answer a question about a payment, and to meet the tax and accounting rules that apply to us. If you ask us to delete your information and we are allowed to, we will.
What you can ask us to do
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or tell us to stop sending you marketing emails. Write to davie@fs8studio.com and say what you want. If you are in a place with its own privacy law that gives you more rights than this, those rights apply and we will honour them.
You can switch off the non-essential cookies and the measurement scripts at any time — the Cookie Policy explains how.
Children
This site is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, write to us and we will delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be announced on the site.
