These terms apply to this website and to anything you buy through it. Using the site means you accept them.
Who operates this site
This website is operated by FS8 Davie, an independently owned and operated studio at 6310 Griffin Rd, Unit 103, Davie, FL 33314. Throughout this page, “we”, “us” and “the studio” refer to that business. You can reach us at (954) 282-5065 or davie@fs8studio.com.
FS8 Davie is an independently operated studio under the FS8 franchise. The FS8 brand owner is a separate company with its own privacy practices, which this page does not cover.
What this site is for
This site describes the studio and sells intro offers and class packs. It is not a booking calendar: after you buy, we contact you to get you into a class, or you book through the studio's own booking system.
What you buy, and what it includes
The page you buy from states what the offer is, what it costs and what it includes. Intro offers are normally for first-time visitors only and expire a set number of days after first use — the offer page says which.
Prices and offers can change. The price that applies is the one shown on the page when you pay. If something is listed at an obviously wrong price we will contact you before charging you, or cancel and refund the order.
Memberships are a separate agreement. What a membership costs, how it renews, how it is cancelled and whether it can be refunded are set out in the membership agreement you sign with the studio, not here. Anything you buy on this site that turns into a membership is governed by that agreement from then on.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. By paying you confirm you are authorised to use the card and that the information you entered is correct. We do not receive or store your card number.
Refunds and cancellations
If you bought an intro offer or a pack and have not used it, contact us at davie@fs8studio.com or (954) 282-5065 and we will sort it out with you. Once a pack has been started, and for anything under a membership agreement, any refund follows that agreement. Class cancellation and late-cancel rules are part of the booking system you use to reserve a place.
Training is physical activity
Pilates, tone and yoga classes are physical exercise. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and taking a class is not a substitute for talking to a doctor. If you are pregnant, recovering from an injury, or have a condition that exercise could affect, speak to a healthcare professional before you start, and tell your instructor before the class. You take part at your own risk, and the studio will ask you to sign its own waiver before your first class.
Your side of it
- Give us accurate information when you buy, so we can actually reach you.
- Do not try to break, overload or get unauthorised access to the site.
- Do not use the site for anything unlawful.
What belongs to whom
The text, photographs, video and layout of this site belong to the studio or to the FS8 brand owner and are protected by copyright and trademark. You can look at the site and share links to it. You cannot copy its content for your own commercial use without written permission.
Other sites we link to
Where we link to another site — a booking system, a payment page, the FS8 brand site — that site has its own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for them.
Limits
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not promise it will be free of errors or never go down. To the fullest extent the law allows, the studio is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Florida, and any dispute belongs to the courts of Broward County, Florida.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page says when they last changed, and continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
