Never been on a reformer before? Never been to a yoga class? Don't worry, first-timers are very welcome at FS8. Our classes are designed for you to go at your own pace, and our experienced trainers guide you through the equipment, exercises and proper technique every step of the way.
Do I still break a sweat with low-impact training?
You sure do. FS8 exercises are designed to minimise the impact on your joints, but that doesn't mean you won't need a sweat towel. Our classes are low on impact and high on sweat, so get ready to build strength and endurance.
Can I still do FS8 with an injury?
If you have an injury, you must first seek professional advice from your medical practitioner. Once you have been given clearance to exercise, notify our instructors so they can modify any exercises to cater to your injury and suit your fitness level.
Will I get a full-body workout?
Every time. Every workout gives your whole body a balanced session: some focus on big, whole-body movements and others work through individual body parts across the class for a full-body burn.
